We ship all our paintings and bath products via USPS to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across the United States from our location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
How long does it usually take for customers to receive their orders?
Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. We appreciate your patience as each item is carefully packaged and shipped.
What happens if my painting arrives broken?
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I return a bath product if I don't like it?
If you are not satisfied with your bath product, please send us the unused portion, and we will offer a new, identical product or a refund, depending on your preference and approval from a brushstrokes & bubbles representative.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the products you order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
What is your general policy for returns and exchanges?
We do not accept returns on paintings unless they arrive broken. For bath butters and scrubs, you can return the unused portion for a replacement or refund.
